Owns product strategy, customer value, and the roadmap, turning discovery insights and metrics into prioritised outcomes for engineering to deliver. This person is commercially aware and technically fluent, comfortable with OKRs and evidence based decisions, and balances user needs with platform constraints across Azure, SAP, ServiceNow, and similar estates.
