We are an IT recruitment and technology consulting firm. We place contract and permanent technology staff, and we build nearshore delivery teams that work as an extension of your own. Our head office is in London, and we have teams in the United States, the UAE, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania.

IT staffing and Agile team builds; enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP and Microsoft; software, cloud and DevOps; data, AI and machine learning; cybersecurity, QA and testing; and business and infrastructure analysis. If a role sits across two of those, we still cover it.

All our specialisms

Nearshore means hiring in a nearby country rather than a distant one. We build teams in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria for clients in the UK, Western Europe and the Gulf. The working day overlaps with yours, a visit is a short flight, and EU employment and data rules apply. You keep control of the work; we handle finding, vetting and holding on to the people.

Both, and most clients use both. We place permanent specialists, we supply contractors for fixed pieces of work, and we build managed nearshore teams. You can start with one contractor and grow into a full squad, or the other way round.

It depends on the skill, the location and how fast your team can interview. What we can promise is an honest read at the start: if the skills you want are scarce or priced above your budget, we say so before the search begins, not after it has stalled.

Every contractor goes through the same vetting. We screen against the real requirement rather than the job description, which is why each search starts with a conversation with your hiring team. We would rather send three people who fit than ten who might.

Our commercial models are flexible, and they include an option to beat the rate you are paying now. What you pay depends on the role, the model and the volume, and we quote before any work starts. There is no charge for an initial conversation about the market.

Our head office is at 30 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London. We also have offices in New York, Dubai, Kraków, Sofia and Bucharest, and we recruit into further markets including Türkiye. Between them they cover the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
